all sales are final, so no returns or exchanges :+( this includes unauthorized purchases :+(
once a package is handed off to the carrier, we are no longer liable for losses or damages. we also cannot offer a refund on any postage once a package is handed off, even if your parcel returns to sugarpool HQ!

double-check your shipping address! we arent responsible for bunk addresses being given, and returned orders will be cancelled and the shipping will not be refunded ;w;
US-based small businesses are not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes generated by any business shipment. international customs invoices are created with regard to the value of the items shipped and the nature of the shipment (ie, i cant lie about the stuff in the box to make customs cheaper). any returns due to the nonpayment of customs duties will not be offered a refund at this time ;_;
